Welcome to the Women's Guild where we draw support from each other in the practice of our Catholic faith and stewardship of our church. Membership is open to all women of our parish who to want to participate in the social and fundraising events we hold throughout the year. Thanks to the help of so many in 2011 we were able to purchase a new missal that Father Tim began using in December. We also purchased The Tree of Charity in honor of all the women of Our Lady of the Lake parish, with special thanks to the many women of the Guild whose hard work made our efforts so successful. The tree will become an integral part of our grotto when it is completed. Additional funds are set aside to keep the treasury growing so that we may provide needed items for the new church building and sacristy. Officers:

The annnual Chili Cook-Off is 6:00 pm February 18, 2012 at the Tum Tum Community Center
Tickets are $5.00 for an individual, $10.00 per family
The Women's Guild will serve soup after Friday evening Stations of the Cross. The soup is meatless in honor of lent. Nancy Callahan will provide bread. Friday evening Stations of the Cross

Debra Barret presenting quilt to last year's lottery winner, Patti Flynn
"Patti Flynn came to visit one weekend in early Decemeber and came to church with me Dec. 5th. She bought $20 worth of tickets saying to me,"That is a small price for such a lovely quilt."
"Little did we know she would get it! These are 2 pictures of Patti (in red hat) and me handing it to her. I hope it does not show that it was very hard to do. It is such a beautiful quilt that I would have loved to have had for myself.?
